Products will not be replaced or returned except in the following cases:

  1. Due to a defect that occurred to the product during the shipping process
  2. If you receive a product different from what you ordered
  3. If the customer proves that the perfume is not original and that its color, smell, or box shape has changed

  • If the cancellation is made before receiving the order, the product will be returned and the customer will bear the shipping costs.
  • If the order is received and does not contain any of the above mentioned items and the box is opened, it will not be returned or exchanged.


Replacement or return within three days of receiving the product maximum

  • Perfume samples cannot be returned after they are shipped from the store, nor can they be replaced after they reach the customer, unless the samples were poorly stored or leaked.

International Shipping Policy:

International shipments will not be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect that occurred during shipping or the perfumes are not original and this has been proven by the customer.

International shipments are not exchanged once we give them to the shipping company except in the cases mentioned above.

If the customer wants and insists on changing or replacing the perfume, he must bear the shipping and customs costs.
